Chris has been in full-time ministry since 1994. He has led organizations and churches in Canada, North Carolina, and now, Bakersfield. Chris graduated from Providence Bible College & Seminary in Manitoba where he met his wife Rebecca. They have been married since 1995 and have 2 grown daughters, Hailey and Cassidy. Chris believes that life should be lived to the fullest as prescribed in John 10:10. He loves leading the church and also loves spending time outside and doing activities that are “high-energy” and adventurous

Pastor Roger came to Heritage as the interim Pastor in 2015. In 2016 he began serving in Pastoral Care helping touch the lives of many in our congregation through visiting and helping meet short terms needs through the Shepherding Commission.

It is a most awesome and humbling experience to lead worship with God's people, the bride of Christ. When we worship together, the Holy Spirit moves us to accomplish things that are impossible with man, but possible for God.

Born in central Kansas, Justin grew up on a farm, loving the outdoors. He met a girl named Elise and moved to the big city of Bakersfield. He now runs New Frontier Consulting and serves as the Executive Pastor of HBC. Free time activities include Husker sports, reading history books and outdoor activities.

I am thrilled to be a part of this ministry where I can watch children praise God, care and pray for each other as well as grow in their relationship with our Father God. Our Sunday morning & Wednesday evening teams are ready to welcome your child and teach him/her by using creative techniques. Your child will have fun as they learn and grow closer to our God.

I have the joy and privilege of serving as the Church Administrator at Heritage. My role here is to help create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged in their faith journey. Whether I'm managing day-to-day operations or assisting with church events, I do everything with a heart full of love for this community and a passion for supporting the work God is doing here.

I love meeting people who are coming to our church for the first time. I enjoy serving the Lord and encourage others to serve. I like doing outdoor activities with my dogs.

God has gifted Mike with many talents and skills. He and his crew keep our campus clean and running smoothly.
